Car lease information
Getting to know the service
- Car lease – contract with a predefined period (usually from one year and more). Under such deal the client is provided with a car rental service, and once deal is ended rented vehicle becomes the property of the lessee (exercise of the preemptive right to purchase a car at its residual value, which equals to zero at the end of the deal). For more convenient understanding, this service is similar to «car on credit». But «car lease» service has such advantages as much easier and faster bureaucracy process, and it does not require significant capital investments at the start. There is also no bureaucracy associated with credit history.
- Our company provides car lease services to individuals. We provide all documentation for the deal in compliance with all legal regulations. We only accept payments to the company’s bank account.
- If you need a vehicle for taxi job - we have pre-prepared cars for such purposes (passenger transportation and taxis) with licenses and branding.
- As part of the car lease program, all our vehicles are equipped with LPG equipment.
First contribution (deposit)
- For all deals we have defined a minimum contribution that is equal to 2-week payments. On the client inquiry, we may increase first contribution.
Payments
- We have a transparent pricing system. Each vehicle is rated individually based on its age and mileage. Prices may change daily since the car mileage has only tended to increase so the price will decrease. On the page with a list of cars, you may subscribe to notifications about price reductions, so that you may always be informed about actual prices.
- Payments are made once a week in advance.
- If all agreement terms are fulfilled, then all deal payments are accounted as vehicle cost repayment.
- In a case of agreement termination, then all deal payments are accounted as car rental service and cannot be refunded.
Other conditions
- The client has no permit to transfer the vehicle to third parties.
- Under the car lease program, we do not set any mileage limits. Nevertheless, to avoid overuse of this rule and using vehicle by several persons, our company monitors weekly mileage of the vehicle.
Vehicle service
- Under the car lease program, all routine and non-routine vehicle maintenance is carried on by client and controlled by the lessor.
- Valid MTPL insurance is provided for free at deal start. All further insurance is carried on by client.
- A tire set that is corresponded to the season is provided for free at deal start. All subsequent routine seasonal replacements are carried on by client.
- Once a month, client has to provide vehicle to make routine diagnostics by our manager.
Vehicle delivery and acceptance
- Vehicle is handed over - washed and clean and completely in good technical condition.
- When vehicle is handed over to the client our manager makes photo-report of vehicle external view. When report is ready copy of this report will be sent to the client’s email.
- In a case of termination of the contract, vehicle is returned in a clean condition, in the same to deal start external and technical condition, considering its normal physical wear and tear.
Driver requirements
- Mandatory presence of a Ukrainian identity document: Passport of a citizen of Ukraine, ID card, Temporary residence permit, Permanent residence permit.
- Mandatory presence of a Ukrainian driver’s license with valid category B.
- The minimum driver age must be 23 years old.
- Driving experience by the driving license must be 3 years or more.
