Terms
Getting to know the service
  • Car rental – paid service of short-term or long-term car use for personal needs. As part of such a service, there is no need to engage in vehicle technical service and bureaucracy that arises because of its maintenance - all these issues are undertaken by car rental company.
  • Our company offers car rental services for any requirements that do not contradict the intended purpose of passenger vehicles.
  • We work legally and provide a full package of documentation for provided services.
  • We have pre-prepared vehicles for passenger transportation (taxis) with licenses and branding.
  • We are working with both individuals and legal entities. We are VAT payers.
Deposit
  • In order to complete a car rental agreement, you must to put a deposit to the company’s current account. The amount is blocked for the entire period of the contract and returns to the client’s bank card once the deal is finished.
  • Our deposit policy is fully consistent with the principles of «low-cost». Typically, this is symbolic amounts. Our deposit conditions are very different from the average market.
  • Each pricing plan has its own minimum deposit. We may increase the deposit if the vehicle will be used outside the city of Kiev.
Pricing plans
  • Pricing plans are very simple: there are daily and weekly billings. For a more comfortable understanding, the system is like the principle of mobile operator’s plans.
  • Daily billing. There are no restrictions on the minimum car rental period. Vehicle may be returned at any time with payment for the actual number of days the car was used. One day rental fee will be charged from the client’s balance every day. Considering this, client may pay not for the entire planned rental period, but only for one day. The main thing is to avoid negative balance.
  • Weekly billing. The minimum rental period is 1 week, but the rental cost is much cheaper than in a case of daily billing. Car may be returned at any time. When vehicle is returned in a case when client has not used the entire week (was paid before), recalculation won’t be applied and the payment for unused rental days won’t be refunded. One-week rental fee will be charged from the client’s balance every week. Considering this, client must pay for entire week in advance. Same as daily billing, the main thing is to avoid negative balance.
Other conditions
  • Each pricing plan includes a package of free mileage and as well as mileage count type. If the amount specified in the plan is exceeded, mileage becomes paid and each next kilometer is charged according to the chosen plan.
  • There are 2 types of mileage accounting: daily and weekly. The volume of free kilometers is not cumulative for the entire rental period, and unused volume is not carried over to the next period.
  • Mileage accounting start time is determined by the vehicle handed time. For example, if vehicle was accepted by the client on Monday at 13:00, then for daily accounting the calculation will be made from 13:00 on Monday to 12:59 on Tuesday, and for weekly - from 13:00 on the current Monday to 12:59 on the next Monday.
  • We do not require setting a vehicle return date. Vehicle may be returned at any time, or you may continue to use the car as long as the rental payment is made. Nevertheless, it is recommended to set vehicle return date if this date is known.
Pricing plan change
  • It is possible to change the pricing plan while rental deal is opened. In daily plans, changing is available at any day, in weekly plans - once a week.
  • It is possible to change the billing type from daily to weekly and vice versa. This can be useful for saving purpose, if there is a need to rent a car, for example, for 8 days: 7 days with weekly billing and 1 day with daily billing.
Vehicle change
  • If unforeseen situations occur and rented vehicle need to be replaced - we do it on the day the client inquiry.
Vehicle delivery and acceptance
  • Vehicle is handed over - washed and clean and completely in good technical condition.
  • When vehicle is handed over to the client our manager makes photo-report of vehicle external view. When report is ready copy of this report will be sent to the client’s email.
  • Vehicle is handed over with a certain fuel level. This level is recorded in the vehicle transfer document. Vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as it was on deal start.
  • We do not control the gas level if the car is equipped with LPG. You may return vehicle with any gas volume.
  • Vehicle is returned in a clean condition, in the same to deal start external and technical condition, considering its normal physical wear and tear.
Vehicle service
  • Under the rental program, the company provides routine maintenance of the vehicle at its own costs.
  • If rented vehicle needs maintenance during deal it will be changed to another similar car.
  • If rented vehicle needs maintenance due to the client’s fault then the client should eliminate the damage caused at his own costs.
Driver requirements
  • Mandatory presence of a Ukrainian identity document: Passport of a citizen of Ukraine, ID card, Temporary residence permit, Permanent residence permit.
  • Mandatory presence of a Ukrainian driver’s license with valid category B.
  • The minimum driver age must be 23 years old. In some pricing plans this restriction can be increased up to 25 years.
  • Driving experience by the driving license must be 3 years or more.
